Wind Farm Proposed at Former Coal Mine Site in Wyoming
<p>Portland Business Journal reports that Pacific Power has asked Wyoming regulators’ approval of a 66 turbine wind farm at a former coal mine site. The proposed farm would produce 99 megawatts of energy and would be operational by October 2008.</p>
