Resident Proposes Wind Turbine for Wetlands in Michigan
The Grand Haven Tribune reports a resident of Grand Haven, Michigan has purchased wetlands with the intention of erecting a wind turbine there. Mr. Berg’s proposed turbine would create about 10KW of electricity, enough to supply power to a single family residence. He was warned by the Spring Lake Township Planning Commission that wetland regulations are very strict.
