Wind Turbine Electric Generator Hot Topic for Town Meeting
Wicked Local reports an article of a warrent for Ipswich, England will provide the hot topic of wind energy at a local town meeting. The warrent will ask for a vote to approve a wind turbine electric generator from the phases of design to construction. $1.6 million of the funding will come from a Clean Energy Bond and the remainder will come in the form of a bond with a 4.5% interest rate.
