Wind Developer Files for Public Offering
iStockAnalyst reports Noble Environmental Power currently has three wind parks in New York, they are looking to quadruple that number by the end of 2009. Currently, the company has a net loss of $72 million since its inception in 2007 but they have filed for a public offering of $375 million.
