Crystal Lake Wind Energy Center Begins 3rd Phase

Forest City Summit reports that the Crystal Lake Wind Energy Center began its third construction phase. By the end of this year, 44 more wind turbines will be added to the current 180 on site. The farm will have a 416MW capacity once it is fully complete.
