Markey Urges U.S. to Approve Cape Wind Farm
Reuters India reports that Massachusetts Representative Edward Markey says the U.S. government should approve an offshore Cape Wind farm prior to international climate talks this December. Markey says the U.S. needs to show its leadership in reducing carbon emissions.
