Winflow Drops Suit Agains NZ Windfarms
Stuff.co.nz reports that Windflow Technology Ltd dropped its lawsuit against New Zealand Windfarms Ltd after the company paid its $1.8 million in outstanding invoices. NZ Windfarms initially withheld its payments because Windflow’s two-blade turbines do not have the International Electrification Commission certification.
