Norfolk Wind Expected to Receive Approval on Proposal
West Central Tribune reports that the Renville County Board of Commissioners will probably give approval for Norfolk Wind Energy to be designated as a community-based energy development (C-BED) project. Norfolk Wind is planning to build a 40MW wind farm with 20 turbines in Minnesota.
